Neil is a graduate of Aiken High School.  He started his semi-pro career in 2001 with the Ohio Browns.  He excelled quickly as a team leader and is a player of many trades.  Neil has a very high IQ for football.  He's been a team leader for all of the teams he's played on.  Other teams he was a part of include Cincinnati Jets, Cincinnati Falcons, Cincinnati Gamblers, and KY Bulldogs.  Neil was inducted into the HOF in 2009.
